HANDSET TRAINING

Analogue/IP/Digital - 10 per session - 45 minutes
Our 45 minute "hands on" handset training focuses on getting users comfortable with their new telephone through fun, simple and interactive sessions. Our goal at the end of each session is for users to walk away feeling confident and excited about the new telephony system being implemented.

Train the Trainer - 10 per session - 2 hours
Train the Trainer sessions are designed to suit varied organisational drivers.  For larger organisations it can reduce the overall cost of user training, whilst others may need to provide ongoing training and support for new employees and refreshers for existing staff.  The course is an intensive "hands on" session with the goal of teaching the participants to teach others.

Voicemail Training - In conjunction with handset training - 20 minutes
This 20 minute demonstration gives users the opportunity to learn about the features of the voicemail system whilst seeing first hand how to utilise all the primary functions, I.e. recording voicemail messages and retrieving them.
