This 2 hour "hands on" session is designed specially for Switchboard Operators in their own working environment. We understand that while the telephony component is an important task it is still one of the many responsibilities required of a switchboard operator. In addition to training the operator on how to use their new Console we also offer advice on telephone etiquette. |
