This course provides you with the necessary skills required to administer and maintain CMS Supervisor. You will learn how to run and understand Real-Time and Historical Reports, including exception reports, agent traces and automatic scripts. You will also be taught how to administer call centre agents and skill levels, manage service levels and update dictionary items.
