CMS ADMIN TRAINING

This course provides you with the knowledge and skills required to successfully administer and maintain your CMS server. You will learn how to configure system setup (including storage allocation), perform backups and restores, review error logs and administer system access. You will also be introduced to reporting, agent management and call centre administration via the CMS console, along with service levels, exceptions, timetables and shortcuts. |
