CM ADMIN TRAINING
2 per session- 4 to 8 hours

This course provides you with the knowledge and skills required to perform basic administration and maintenance of the Avaya CM. You will learn how to create stations and administer features on the phones, create cover paths and pick up groups and be given an understanding of the Dial Plan, Class of Service and Class of Restriction.
