Agent handset training includes explanations on the basic concepts of how the new call centre will operate including new telephone procedures and practices that have been specifically designed for your business. The interactive aspect gets the agents comfortable with the new procedures and enables them to see first hand how their phone will look and sound whilst in different modes.
