At Direct Technologies we offer extensive end-user training, ranging from "one-on-one" sessions for operators and Personal Assistants, to small group sessions, through to "train the trainer" sessions that cater to large scale projects and cost reduction.

User training covers all relevant aspects and features of the new technology and all participants receive a copy of a quick reference guide, customised to their features. Guides can also be provided in PDF and HTML format, enabling customers to place on intranet sites.

Along with user training, Direct Technologies also offers a wide range of administration training courses. These courses cater to System and Network Administrators, Call Centre Managers and Call Centre Supervisors. All courses are carried out on site and are specific to the customer's equipment and features. Each attendee also receives a course manual in hard and/or soft copy.
