| TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY |
The Technical Consultant works with the Solutions Consultant and liaises with customer's technical staff to design, document, and manage the technical implementation of the solution. Directec employs eight Technical Consultants, all of which have extensive experience in the communications industry. During the project, the Technical Consultant will provide design documentation for the installation of the equipment, the integration of the solution with the customer's network and the configuration of the telephony solution and associated adjuncts.
