Upon sign-off of a customer data / design document, the on-site implementation process can commence. The implementation and cutover process will seem a little daunting and intrusive to most customers. However, Directec staff, having undertaken and completed numerous TDM and IP Telephony projects are well placed to minimise the impact to your business and reduce risk and downtime during cutover. Before commencing works, Directec staff will walk you through the transition phase and ensure that you are not only comfortable with the process but also understand the requirements from a customer perspective.
