With Avaya certified resources based in Sydney and Melbourne and a network of skilled contractors in other major cities, Directec is well equipped to deliver high quality, yet competitive IP Telephony and Contact Centre services, including training and consultancy, across Australia and New Zealand. Directec offers design and implementation services across the following Avaya product suites:

Avaya IP Telephony
This encompasses the design, implementation and testing associated with  Avaya’s Communication Manager product range (inc. S87xx, S8800, S85xx, S8400 & S8300 servers and all associated gateways and IP & TDM interfaces)

Avaya Unified Messaging
This encompasses the design, implementation and testing associated with Avaya’s Messaging product range (inc. Modular/Unified Messaging, Intuity Audix LX, IA770 and embedded voicemail solutions and all associated networking interfaces). Includes integration to Exchange and Lotus Notes.

Avaya Contact Centre
This encompasses the design, implementation and testing associated with Avaya’s contact centre solution within the Communication Manager architecture (I.e. call flows, skills, agents, etc.) and includes the configuration and integration of CMS along with connectivity to other adjuncts (I.e. Call recording) via the AES server.
